Lead, develop and optimize warehouse and logistics operations
In this role, you are responsible for managing the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring that daily operations—from goods receiving to internal material handling—run efficiently and safely. You work closely with production and kitting teams to align plans and secure timely deliveries. You also take ownership of resource planning, competence development, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
Your responsibility will be to:
• Oversee goods receiving, quality checks and internal material flows
• Balance staffing and plan daily work to ensure all tasks are completed
• Collaborate with the Kitting and Assembly teams on priorities and production alignment
• Promote continuous improvements in warehouse and logistics processes
• Support team development to create a balanced, capable group
You will collaborate closely with supply chain, customer order teams, and production. The role is based in Alingsås.

You also have:
• 3–5 years of experience managing production or warehouse/logistics teams
• Experience leading others in a changing environment
• Experience working with continuous improvements
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
• SAP knowledge (preferred)
