All jobs are posted internally on our Careers platform in ConNKT. Under careers you can search for openings that match your area of expertise, location and type of position.
You only can apply with a ConNKT/Employee profile.
The preferred time of employment in your current position before applying for a new is 2-3 years. It does however always depend on the circumstances and everyone can apply for the openings.
Your application will be screened on basis of the criteria set up for the specific recruitment and follow the NKT recruitment process as described in the recruitment handbook.
The recruitment team will view the applications. The team will always consist of a Hiring Manager and a recruiter from HR and at times additional screeners and/or an external recruiter. The recruitment team has duty of confidentiality and will not share information about the recruitment process unless agreed with the candidate.
You are not obliged to tell your leader that you are applying for a new position within NKT but he/she needs to be informed later in the process. In case all parties agree to move into the last phase (2nd round of interviews), the current leader should become involved. In case you are not comfortable discussing the opportunity with your leader yourself, your HR Business Partner can assist.
