Ensuring seamless customer interactions every day
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience by managing quotations, orders, export activities, invoicing, and aftersales processes. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Customer Excellence, Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams to secure efficient communication, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries. You will also represent the function in customer meetings and internal projects to support strong longterm relationships.
Your responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and perform pricing and availability checks.
Secure accurate processing of orders, confirmations, and commercial terms.
Coordinate shipments, export documentation, and logistics activities.
Handle invoicing, aftersales support, and registration of potential claims.
Collaborate with internal functions and ensure uptodate CRM/ERP data.
You will have a temporary contract until 31 of December 2026 , and be part of the Customer Excellence team in Alingsås, working closely with colleagues locally and globally to support our customers and business operations. Travel may occur occasionally depending on business needs.
Detailoriented communicator with strong customer focus
We are looking for a person who thrives in a structured and collaborative environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering highquality service. You bring a positive mindset, act proactively, and are comfortable navigating multiple tasks with professionalism and clarity. You communicate with ease across diverse groups and excel at organizing your work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.
You also have:
Experience in quotation creation, order handling, and shipping processes.
Knowledge of export documentation and commercial terms such as Incoterms.
Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Understanding of supply chain processes in an industrial environment.
Fluency in Swedish and English (German is a plus).
Preferred: Technical understanding related to industrial products.
