
Senior Global HR Technology Specialist
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Global HR Technology Specialist to take a key role in the global governance, development, and continuous improvement of our HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors .
You will act as a trusted partner to the global HR community, combining deep system expertise with a strong understanding of HR processes, data, and business needs.
Your responsibilities
- Act as Superuser and Super Admin for SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems
- Provide 2nd level support for HR systems, resolving complex incidents and issues
- Drive continuous improvement and development of HR systems aligned with global HR processes
- Participate in and lead HR projects and initiatives (e.g. salary review, recruitment processes)
- Coordinate and support quarterly releases, including testing and resolving system conflicts
- Deliver training, guidance, and support to HR teams and leaders globally
- Manage LMS technical administration, including roles, permissions, advanced troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- Support SAP SuccessFactors Blend integrations, including technical maintenance and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with HRIS / HR cloud solutions, including implementation and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong analytical mindset with a data- and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
Education & languages
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, IT, or a related field (an advantage, not mandatory)
- English – fluent (mandatory)
- Additional languages are an advantage (German, Danish, Swedish, Czech, Polish, Portuguese)
Technical skills
- MS Office (advanced Excel skills required)
- SAP / SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data
