Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team and support internal quality processes at our production site.

This position is mainly focused on internal quality, with close cooperation with production, internal teams and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality processes meet legal, customer and internal requirements.

Your role:

In this role, you will take care of quality processes and documentation and support continuous improvement activities. You will also participate in audits and quality-related projects

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve internal quality processes and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with legal, customer and internal quality requirements
  • Define and support inspection activities (incoming, in-process and final inspection)
  • Create and update control plans and quality documentation
  • Support process optimization, including implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Handle internal and supplier non-conformities
  • Register, analyze and follow up customer complaints
  • Collect and analyze quality data and prepare quality reports
  • Participate in internal, external and customer audits
  • Support continuous improvement and quality culture
  • Cooperate on new projects, product changes and certifications
  • Organize or participate in quality meetings

  • Previous experience in quality, production or engineering environment
  • Knowledge of quality standards and processes
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • English at intermediate level (B1–B2)
