Operational Buyer

We are looking for a new team member to strengthen our procurement team and take ownership of day-to-day operational buying activities.

What you will do

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders

• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding specifications, availability, and delivery dates

• Cooperate with suppliers and handle operational purchasing topics

• Work with ERP systems and procurement tools

• Monitor deliveries, lead times, and order accuracy

• Support smooth end-to-end purchasing processes

• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of procurement processes

What we expect from you

• Experience in operational procurement (ideally 2–3 years or more)

• Good understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain principles

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers

• Independent, detail-oriented, and well-organized working style

• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks

• Czech – fluent (daily communication)

• English – communicative level (international environment)

• User-level MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
