Senior Manager Project Production

Do you want to lead a team that plays a key role in delivering our largest projects? 
We are looking for a Head of Project Operation Production – a position where you and your team act as the link between our internal and external customers and production. A truly central role that requires dedicated customer focus and great collaboration skills.

About the Role
Your main duties are to manage and develop your department in a strategic and operational way. You will prioritize and organize the area of your responsibility, coach your team, and maintain a close cooperation with related internal as well as external contacts. 

You will lead a team of tender support and sub-project managers within our production scope. This means that you will work on complex and unique R&D, delivery and Service projects each with its own contractual terms and challenges. All of this in a complex portfolio environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Project Production Management department.
• Ensure effective communication between projects and production.
• Support your team in interpreting and applying contracts and project requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has extensive experience in project management and leadership
• Is an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Possesses effective collaboration skills and can build relationships across organizational boundaries.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, motivated and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has solid understanding of contracts and commercial terms. Demonstrates proficient analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
• Communicates well both in Swedish and English
