Join NKT on an exciting growth journey as IT Support Manager. In this role, you will lead a multi-site team to deliver secure, seamless IT services that enable our expanding global operations. You will apply ITIL best practices and enhance stakeholder relationships while ensuring stability, efficiency and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help scale our IT support capabilities and contribute to NKT’s mission of facilitating the green transition.
Build and elevate onsite support
You will lead and develop a skilled onsite IT Support team across multiple countries, promoting engagement and a collaborative culture. You will oversee service quality and user experience while ensuring stability and continuous improvement through ITIL-aligned processes. You will also handle major incidents and key vendor relationships, maintaining focus on efficiency and budget control.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a multi-site onsite support team.
• Ensure high service performance and a seamless user experience.
• Translate business needs into scalable support solutions.
• Implement ITIL processes, knowledge management and ongoing improvements.
• Build solid relationships with senior management to ensure alignment and trust.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Global IT Support and collaborate globally. The role is based in Karlskrona with occasional travel (up to 20–25%).

You are a structured and engaged leader who brings clarity, energy and direction. You communicate clearly with both executives and technical teams, building relationships and aligning expectations. You thrive in an international environment, solve challenges collaboratively and supporting continuous improvement. Your mindset is creative, forward‑thinking and focused on delivering high service standards.
Required skills:
• Several years of experience leading people and IT service delivery.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and modern IT support practices.
• Broad technical knowledge in Windows, Office 365, Cisco, networks, AD, security, cloud and ITSM.
• Experience with Service Improvement Plans and major incident management.
• Experience with financial management and budget control.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive relationships with senior leaders across multiple sites.
