Do you want to be the go-to person for internal and external customers in a growing, high-tech company driving the green transition? At NKT, we are looking for a service-minded and detail-oriented Offer Specialist to join our Offer & Tender Team in Alingsås. In this role, you will be the first point of contact mainly for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, accurate quotations, and timely support for accessory needs. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and commercial understanding ensure effective operations.

Deliver accurate offers and support internal stakeholders 

As an Offer Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical and commercial teams. You will ensure that offers are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal guidelines, contributing to the effectiveness of high-voltage system tenders and accessory planning. 

Your responsibility will be to: 

  • Handle customer inquiries via ticketing system, email, and phone 

  • Prepare offers including product selection, pricing, and availability checks 

  • Create profitability calculations in Excel and submit offers to customers 

  • Coordinate with Technical Service and Engineering for technical clarifications 

  • Maintain and share updated information on accessory demand 

 You will be based in Alingsås, Sweden, and report to the Sr. Manager Offer and Tender. Collaboration with other NKT sites and departments is part of the role. This is a temporary position to cover for maternity leave.

You are a person who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting others. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and stay focused on customer needs makes you a valuable team member. You are curious, motivated to learn, and open to acquiring new skills in a consistently evolving environment. 

You also have: 

  • A university degree in Economy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 

  • Experience in offer creation and customer handling, and export 

  • Knowledge of commercial terms, Incoterms, and pricing structures 

  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like SAP 

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken 

  • Experience with CRM systems and insight into marketing concepts.
