Join NKT and play a role in transforming the renewable energy landscape. As an Order Specialist in our CCS team, you’ll be the key contact for global customers, managing orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving inquiries. Your work will directly support our mission to enable the green transition through high-voltage cable solutions.

This is a temporary position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing and sustainable business.

Coordinate orders and deliver excellent service

You’ll handle customer orders from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication. Working closely with logistics, planning, and accounting, you’ll make sure every detail is in place.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Register and confirm orders in SAP
  • Prepare export documents and arrange shipments
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage claims
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage invoicing and overdue payments

You’ll be based in Alingsås, reporting to Johan Fogelberg. No travel is required.

Motivated team player with high degree of ownership

You’re organized, service-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your work and communicate clearly in both Swedish and English.

You also have:

  • A commercial high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in order and shipping handling, including exports
  • ERP system experience (preferably SAP)
  • Understanding of supply chain and sales processes
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • CRM system experience
