Enhance innovation and performance in IT support
As Manager, Onsite Support, you’ll lead a team of IT support specialists, ensuring high engagement, performance, and service quality. You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating across departments, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.
Your responsibility will be to:
•    Lead and develop a team across multiple countries/sites.
•    Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
•    Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders.
•    Act as escalation point and manage major incidents.
•    Enhance service improvement plans and cultivate innovation.

Your ability to inspire, communicate clearly, and deliver impactful solutions makes you a trusted partner across teams. You’re innovative, service quality-oriented, and enabling your team to reach their goals.
You also have:
•    8+ years of experience in IT leadership and service delivery.
•    In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and IT support best practices.
•    Experience in leading service improvement plans.
•    Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies.
•    Experience with budget control and international collaboration.

Salary range for this position is from 4500 Eur to 6000 Eur Gross.
