Drive strategic and operational excellence

In this role, you will be responsible for translating and implementing business line operational strategies into actionable plans for the Alingsås site. Your responsibility will be to:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Lead and develop the site’s management team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Engineering, Production, Testing, HSE, Supply Chain, Quality, and Order Execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and corporate HSE regulations and standards.

You will report to the Vice President, Industrial Accessories, and be based in Alingsås, Sweden.

Experienced leader with a strategic mindset

We are looking for a strategic and goal-oriented leader with a strong track record in manufacturing. You should have:

  • Minimum 6 years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in change management, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP systems.

You also have:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High integrity and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
