Support global reward processes and compliance 
As a Senior Rewards Specialist, you will be part of the Global Rewards team, reporting to Director Global Rewards. Your role will focus on executing core reward processes such as salary reviews, bonus payouts, and benchmarking, while also contributing to strategic projects and data governance. You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure our reward practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global strategy. You will also support the preparation of the company for the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive in 2026, which includes data definitions, data analysis and recommendations.   


Your role will be to: 

  • Support annual reward processes including global salary reviews, global bonus payouts, and global salary benchmarking 
  • Provide accurate data to vendors and support benchmarking exercises 
  • Conduct salary and job grade audits to prepare for EU Pay Transparency Directive 
  • Promote the company’s career framework and governance processes 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and data analysis for HR and business leaders 


You will be part of a team of rewards specialists, and your base will be in the Czech Republic. Our office is in Kladno, close to Prague and we are open to hybrid or fully remote employment. 

Detail-oriented and cooperative individual with a global perspective 
You possess a keen eye for detail and flourish in environments that emphasize structure. You enjoy working with data and processes, and you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a global agenda. Your developed communication skills and cooperative mindset enable you to work effectively across functions and cultures. You are curious, interested in learning, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in everything you do. 

You also have: 

  • 2-3 years’ experience from a similar role  
  • Knowledge of Mercer methodologies & surveys is beneficial (TRS, Comptryx etc) 
  • Experience in working large data sets and supporting large global compensation processes 
  • Solid experience in working daily with Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, charts, and possibly advanced tools (vba, power BI). 
  • Experience with ERP systems and configuring/building reports as per business needs (experience with SuccessFactors is beneficial) 
  • Fluency in English

Manager Training and Development
