As a Supervisor Production, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HVDC production. Drive operational excellence and team development
 

Your responsibility will be to:
•    Ensure that the production follows planning reports and instructions according to agreed processes.
•    Influence your and the team's working environment and be a role model of NKT's core values.
•    Implement and continuously refine manufacturing processes together with other functions.
•    Optimize planning to maximize outputs and minimize scrap/wastage/variance.
•    Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS & S, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial Teams to deliver excellent results based on site priorities.

You will report to the Production Manager, Håkan Persson, and work full-time at our Alingsås site.
 

Experienced leader with a passion for Lean Management
 

We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for Lean Management and team development. You are a clear communicator who can establish directions and set stretching objectives. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to driving continuous improvements.
 

You also have:
•    Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
•    More than 5 years of experience in the production field and leadership roles.
•    Competency in SAP ERP system – MM, PP, WM, and SD; mastery of Microsoft productivity suites.
•    Experience in Lean production.
•    Ability to navigate through ambiguity and solve complex challenges.
