Cut over & Test Manager

Lead ERP transformation and ensure seamless system integration

Drive seamless system transitions and robust testing

In this role, you will develop and own the cutover strategy, timeline, and execution plan. Collaborating with business units, IT, and system integrators, you will coordinate system transitions with minimal disruption. Your responsibility will be to:

• Develop and maintain the cutover plan and checklist, ensuring all pre-cutover, cutover, and post-cutover activities are accounted for.
• Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression, Performance).
• Engage key business, IT, and leadership stakeholders to align on cutover and testing expectations.
• Track data migration progress and verify data loads across key business functions.
• Lead hypercare support and issue resolution immediately post go-live.

You will report to the Senior Manager, PMO Lead, Eileen Anka, and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. This position is based in Chennai and requires 25% travel.

Experienced ERP transformation leader with testing skills

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You should be able to work with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and IT professionals. You also have:

• 7-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ERP implementations, system cutovers, and test management.
• 5+ years of practical experience in SAP projects, preferably in SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield/brownfield implementations.
• Proven experience managing cutover planning and execution in large-scale ERP transformations.
• Comprehensive background in end-to-end testing (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Security testing).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
