We are looking for a skilled Finance system Administrator, to manage and optimize our OneStream platform. This person will ensure seamless data integration and provide user support. This role requires an understanding of financial processes, especially the month-end closing process, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently:
What can you expect from the position?
The main responsabilities will be:

  • Data Integration: Maintain SAP connections, adjust transformation rules, and resolve validation errors.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure processes meet user needs and optimize performance.
  • Metadata Management: Update and maintain metadata consistency.
  • Cube Views: Adjust and optimize cube views and parameters.
  • Month-End Closing: Support financial workflows and reporting.
  • User Security: Manage user access and ensure security protocols.
  • User Support: Provide troubleshooting and resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain system documentation and train users.

To be considered for this role, please be aware that we will be looking for the following main requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with OneStream or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP data integration.
  • Understanding of account reconciliation and month-end closing.
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in financial reporting.

Salary range for this position is from 2900 Eur to 3500 Eur brutto.
