Steer strategic initiatives in Service & Installation

Working as a Strategy Manager in NKT’s Service & Installation Business Line, you will guide vital tactical and operational enhancements across our rapidly growing Service & Installation activities. Direct and support strategic initiatives 

In this role, you will manage or support major strategy initiatives ranging from internal process development and efficiency improvements to expansions and potential M&A activity. Your role will be varied and tasks will depend on the specific needs of initiatives you are involved in. Typical projects will require you to: 

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. 

• Develop comprehensive business plans including P&L forecasts and investment proposals. 

• Create detailed implementation roadmaps and provide hands-on support. 

• Monitor and track the implementation of initiatives and programs. 

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior management to ensure decision-making. 

You will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence and Product Management and work closely with various stakeholders across the Service & Installation organization. The position is based in Brøndby Priorparken, Malmo, or Karlskrona, with up to 30% travel primarily within Europe. 

Data-driven and innovative thinker 

We are in search of a motivated, facts and data-minded individual who brings a forward-thinking approach and a mindset suited for project management. You should be outgoing, structured, and possess a persuasive communication style. A high degree of curiosity and technical affinity is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and take on new and complex tasks. You also have: 

• A relevant business-oriented education (e.g., B.Sc. in Management or Engineering). 

• 3+ years of work experience in the energy sector or as a management consultant. 

• A solid experience in stakeholder management. 

• Experience in business case modelling. 

• Proficiency in English at a professional level; German and Swedish are a plus.
