NKT SSC in Kaunas is looking for a Senior Quality Coordinator to join our Quality Team that will be working closely with various departments while resolving issues they are facing on the accounting side and project management side. What can you expect from the position?

The Senior Quality Coordinator will closely support and assist Quality Manager in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, as well as carrying quality assurance audits and overseeing strategic Shared Service Center and NKT Group projects. Additionally, the Senior Quality Coordinator will take ownership on enhancing Shared Service Center governance and reporting quality, investigating customer and other shareholder complaints or escalation and working with the relevant departments to resolve the issues and find the best solution which ensures accounting compliance and fits NKT strategy and ERP needs. The main responsibilities for the role will be:

  • Participate in preparing Quality Strategy of SSC and its implementation.
  • Participate in preparing Operational (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) teams of SSC and its implementation.
  • Participate in preparing unified MEC procedure of SSC.
  • Oversee and assist on strategic SSC and NKT projects and its deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet or match customer expectations.
  • Investigate root causes of defects and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor trends in customer and stakeholder complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with escalation matrix implementation and monitoring thru SSC and NKT and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring preparation of detailed reports on quality assurance metrics, compliance findings, KPIs metrics and recommendations.
  • Assisting with MEC activities in teams where attrition is high and ensure the coordination of the resources.
  • Participate in preparing E2E processes, SOPs of SSC.
  • Assure monthly/ ad-hoc quality checks in teams of SSC.
  • Assist in the development of quality standards and processes.
  • Asist Quality Manager with all tasks and deliverables related with the quality and Operational teams.

To be considered for this role, please be aware that we will be looking for the following main requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in accounting/auditing, finance.
  • Robust technical accounting background with knowledge of IFRS and overall accounting processes.
  • 4+ years of professional functional experience within general ledger accounting, controlling and reporting, preferably from a Shared Services or manufacturing organization or a major company is beneficial.
  • Professional skills in MS Office and particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient internal customer service focus.
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English.
  • Understanding on process and project management methodologies would be advantage.

Salary range for this position is from 4200 Eur to 4800 Eur brutto.
