To support our continued growth, we seek a Quality Manager to play a key role in enhancing our quality processes and promoting excellence across our organization.

What will you do?

As a Quality Manager at NKT, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations.

You will oversee the management and optimization of quality systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

A vital part of your role will be to inspire and lead your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Analyze quality data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Currently, our Quality team consists of 2 quality engineers and 8 quality controllers

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong background in quality management and leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing quality systems

and a proven track record in implementing process improvements. A technical or engineering degree is highly desirable, and knowledge of quality, environmental, and occupational health standards is essential.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, as you will collaborate with both local and international teams.

Your ability to motivate and inspire others, along with your excellent organizational and analytical skills, will make you a valuable member of our team.
