Senior Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)

Develop and execute tactical sourcing plans aligned with the business and category managers
Drive procurement activities requested by BL applying procurement policies and processes
Execute sourcing projects within a defined scope aligned with category managers and business lines
Identify and implement pipeline of cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with the business lines
Own and govern assigned supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, introduce corrective actions and development plans
Actively engage with category managers to lead negotiation, sourcing and contracting activities aligned with category strategies
Support execution of sub- and category strategies, aligned with category managers
Execute supplier scouting activities to develop competitive supplier base aligned with strategy
Execute supplier risk mitigation activities to avoid supply chain disruptions
Secure contract coverage within assigned projects and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions; monitor contract compliance and renewal
Member of selected category team networks
Contact window for local site towards Group Procurement
Track and report sourcing initiatives and cost performance metrics in respective systems
Address and resolve supplier related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Initiate, develop and implement process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and coach other procurement team members
