Develop NKT’s HR data analytics strategy and create business impact through execution of strategic initiatives
At NKT business demand for high quality, easily available HR data is growing and we are therefore welcoming an HR Analytics Lead to join our diverse Group HR team. Do you want to embark on our HR Analytics development journey and have a key impact on our HR analytics strategy in close collaboration with engaged colleagues in our global organization? Define the vision for our HR analytics function
You develop the roadmap for HR analytics initiatives and are the main driver behind implementing these initiatives. You will be liaising directly with relevant stakeholders including HR leaders, HR Business Partners and senior business leaders in creating an understanding of the opportunities and value that can be added through high quality data and strong HR analytics capabilities.
Other main tasks will be to:
You will be part of HR Operations, which is globally responsible for Rewards, Mobility, HR Technology, HR Policies and core processes and of course HR Analytics. We are spread over multiple countries and your base will be in the Czech Republic together with your two HR Technology colleagues. Our office is in Kladno, close to Prague and we are open to remote employment. You report directly to the Director of HR Operations. Some travelling is to be expected.
Experienced HR data analyst with stakeholder management skills
You are a great relationship-builder with good communication skills. Effective planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize among tasks, are also key competences for this position. You bring a collaborative working style and a positive approach.
