Key Account Manager

In this position, you will strengthen our sales team as a Key Account Manager. You will be responsible for our Polish customers and identifying new opportunities to expand our cooperation. Our customers are energy suppliers, municipal utilities as well as industrial customers. As an intermediary between our customers and the various teams at our company, you will work at our state-of-the-art production site in Warszowice. In your role, you will learn first-hand about the developments and challenges in the field of the cable industry.

You will be responsible for the following aspects:

You will be a part of the team that is actively shaping the Sales process in Poland and taking over the management of contract award negotiations.

In addition, you will have an impact on developing the basic figures for the budget within your team. Other tasks include:

• Strategy development for further business expansion
• Close and active cooperation in the end-to-end process with customers incl. visits to branches, sites, or constructions.
• Constant dialogue with installers/ end-users/ sales forces.

To connect to the greener world, you should have the following skills and experience:

Diploma in the field of electrical engineering or Business Administration. We would appreciate the first experience in the area of Sales or customer service. You are also confident in using Ms Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Furthermore, you are a goal-oriented, open-minded person, who is constantly looking for solutions with determination and humour.

Other desired skills and qualifications:

• Fluent English
• Strong communication and People skills
• Openness to business travels within the country
• SAP knowledge will be merit
